• Suited to aid in the treatment of acute muscle pain, inflammation, toothaches or sprain and strain injuries.
• The gel packs can be placed in the microwave for use in heat therapy, or placed in the freezer for use in cold therapy.
• The packs remain pliable when cold, allowing them to be used as a compress with maximum contact against body parts. 
• Gel packs should only be applied by an adult.
