SHOSHIN Training Agility Set

The pack contains 3x sets of hurdles, 1x collapsible ladder and 20x coloured marker cones (4x each of red, green, blue, white and yellow). All packaged in a black, reusable shoulder carry bag.

The collapsible ladder extends out to 4 metres long with 10 rungs, perfect for quick feet and sharp movement exercises.

The 3x PVC hurdles sit at a height of 6 inches tall and will help to train plyometrics, explosive jumping and quick changes of direction.
