Specialist Crafts Underglaze Colours

These ready-to-use underglazes are doubly versatile; they can be used as a base colour on greenware or bisqueware and can be fired at earthenware or stoneware temperatures.

Apply two or three layers, to build up a matt colour.

Bring the colours to life with a gloss finish; spray, brush or dip into a clear earthenware or stoneware glaze (our swatches show the colours coated with and without a clear gloss glaze).

Stir well prior to use.

These glazes are safe for dinnerware as they are non-toxic and lead-free.

Firing range 1000°C-1250°C.
