Top Loading IKON V46 Kiln

The IKON V46 and V61GXR top loading kilns come with a standard 13A plug and lead, allowing for you to simply plug it into a standard wall socket. These models have many features to make them very efficient.

Triple system lid insulation with twin lid clamps and a double layer floor insulation with full stainless steel under plate. There is also a padlock locking facility should you need it.

The IKON models have a unique shutter that can vary the effectiveness of the exhaust as well as close it all together when the efficiency of the kiln is most needed.

The kilns are supplied with a multi-program controller designed for glass & ceramic use. It has 32 programs each of up to 32 segments. Each segment is a controlled heating/cooling ramp followed by a soak. It is supplied pre-programmed to match the Specialist Crafts glazes but each program can be easily adjusted. Can be held remotely, allowing for an easy and comfortable programming process. The keyboard is lockable, has a delayed start facility - up to 4 days, power failure recovery and a mains power switch.
