Customer Update: Operations & Shipping Status

Following recent updates across our logistics network, we wanted to provide a clear and concise overview of our current shipping position and what this means for upcoming orders.

At present, our standard lead times remain unchanged at 8–12 weeks, and importantly, we have shipments currently on the water with no disruption to delivery schedules. All orders continue to move through our established UK–UAE supply routes as planned.

To ensure this continuity, we are actively managing routing flexibility across our logistics network. This includes the ability to redirect shipments via alternative ports such as Khor Fakkan and Fujairah, as well as utilising onward road freight through Saudi Arabia and Oman where required. These options provide additional resilience and allow us to respond quickly to any changes across primary shipping lanes.

Our team is monitoring vessel movements, port capacity, and regional developments daily, working closely with our logistics partners to proactively manage any potential risks. Should anything arise that may impact timelines, we will communicate immediately with updated ETAs.

It is also worth noting the wider global shipping environment. Due to ongoing regional conditions, war risk surcharges of approximately $2,000–$4,000 per container are currently being applied across international freight. Despite this, Dryad continues to absorb these costs in full. Our pricing remains aligned to our annual January price lists, ensuring consistency and cost stability for our customers.

All orders will continue to follow our standard 8–12 week lead times. Placing orders within this window ensures a smooth process across picking, packing, international transit, and final delivery, supporting on-time readiness for requirements.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you informed of any developments. In the meantime, operations remain fully active, with deliveries progressing as normal.
