Magformers Basic 40 Set

This set features a stackable storage box containing 40 regular Magformers magnetic pieces - 12 triangles, 18 squares, 6 isosceles triangles, 2 hexagons, 2 pentagons. As a result, it makes simple and advanced 2D nets and 3D geometric structures from cubes, to prisms and other solids like a rhombicuboctahedron. Children can:

- Recognise the symmetry in 2D shapes

- Make patterns by rotating and connecting pieces.

- Identify the nets that make cuboids, pyramids and prisms.
